Also known as passion fruit. It is from areas with subtropical climate of America. The fruit is oval or elliptical, with smooth or rough abundant thin skin and pulp.
The frozen passion fruit pulp has the taste, smell and color characteristic of the fruit is free of debris and seed. It is 100% natural, no preservatives or chemicals.

RECIPES:
1.       Passion Fuit mousse without cream
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
250g passion fruit pulp
2 egg whites until stiff

1 cup of water
Directions:
-Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let cool.
- Mix the pulp with condensed milk. If you want, you save some seeds for garnish. Add the gelatin.
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Add them very soft with enveloping movements.
- Pour into individual molds, which facilitate removal from the mold. Refrigerator takes about 6 hours. So the prepare the day before or two days before.
 
2.       Passion fruit mousse cake:
Ingredients:
150 g chocolate or vanilla cookies
100 g butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 egg yolks
100 g of Sugar
250 cc of Milk
250 g of milk cream
300 g of passion fruit pulp
7g of unflavored gelatin
Directions:
- Mix the previously processed biscuits with melted butter and line the mixture in a removable griddle. Refrigerate. Reserve.
- Dilute in cold milk, the cornstarch, half the sugar and the egg yolks, stirring constantly bring to heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add the warm up when passion fruit pulp. Reserve.

3.       Passion fruit  Cheesecake and quinoa
Ingredients:
150 g of cream cheese
100 cc of condensed milk
250 cc of milk cream
200 grams of cooking quinoa
Crushed chocolate cookies (as needed)
Milk candy (as needed)
70 grams of passion fruit pulp
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
80 grams of powdered sugar

Directions:
-       In a bowl mix the condensed milk, cream, sugar and cheese.
-       Then add the passion fruit pulp and cooked, drained well and mix quinoa.
-       Dilute in a boiling water 1/2 cup unflavored gelatin and add to mixture.
 
For Crunch Base:
-       Mix the finely chopped chocolate cookies with caramel and accommodate at the base of a mold.
-       Fill with the mixture took the refrigerator for 3 hours.
