Papaya fruits are oval shaped and soft, meaty texture and have a significant size and they reach a weight of 500 grams on average but in some cases, a single fruit can weigh several kilos.
The color of this fruit is mixed with yellow light green. Inside the fruit there are many black seeds of small size, the flesh is very sweet orange color or red. It is advisable to include the regular consumption of papaya in our diet as it provides a lot of important nutrients for the body.

1.       Papaya smoothie:
 
Ingredients:
7 ounces of frozen papaya pulp
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cup of milk
1 cup of ice cubes
 
Directions:
In a blender, add milk, followed by sugar or honey.
Add frozen papaya pulp into pieces.
Finally, add the cup of ice cubes to the ice is far from the blades of the blender.
Blend at medium speed continuously for three minutes or until the sugar is completely mixed.
